โœฆ Synopsis

The measurements of Rb and Re, the fraction of hadronic Z boson decays into bb and c~ final states, provide a tight test on the Standard Model. The LEP experiments achieved a precision on the Rb measurements at the 0.4% level and an accuracy on Rc at the 3% level. The analysis techniques are reviewed and the current results are presented.
