✦ Synopsis
We present investigations of the magnetocaloric effect on the heavy fermion metamagnetic phase transition at B, = 20 T. We relate the results to measurements of the heat capacity in high magnetic fields and discuss a correlation between the metamagnetic phase transition and the susceptibility.
