NazFe2(PO4) 3 is related to the "Nasicon" family of ionic conductors, with corner linked FeO e octahedra and PO4 tetrahedra. SQUID and neutron diffraction measurements are described which show that magnetic ordering at 47K gives a canted anti-ferromagnetic ground state with/JFe= 4.5ps.
