## Abstract ## BACKGROUND Studies utilizing serial [^99m^Tc]‐sestamibi (MIBI) scintimammography have reported accurate prediction of tumor response in patients with locally advanced breast carcinoma (LABC) undergoing neoadjuvant chemotherapy. The pathologic response of LABC to presurgical treatmen
