✦ Synopsis

Utilizing Pu isotopic standards characterized bv the Institute for Nuclear Materials and Measurement (IRMM?, New Brunswick Laboratory (NBL) measured the y-ray branching ratios of the 148.567-keV ""Pu. the 152.72-keV 218Pu. the 159.995-keV 24'Pu and the 160.28-keV 14"Pu y-ravs. The studv reported here includes the measurement of four IRMM standards, utilizing three different detectors for aiota of 16 spectra, finding branching ratios of (I ,863 rt 0.008) x 10e6, (9.230 + 0.068) x 10e6, (6.321 + 0.040) x IO-* and (4.065 + 0.017) x 10-6, y/disintegration, respectively.
