✦ Synopsis
A reverse-phase isocratic HPLC method is described for direct simultaneous assay of ATP, ADP. AMP, S-adenosylmethionine, S-adenosylhomocysteine, S-adenosylethionine, and other adenine derivatives in liver microbiopsies. The procedure was tested in conditions which alter the hepatic content of adenine nucleotides and sulfur-adenosyl amino acids in humans, rats, and gUinea pig.%
