✦ Synopsis
Abstrae-The transport equations of Ag excess metal in a-A&X (X = S, Se and Te) are derived for non-isothermal systems from irreversible thermodynamics. The dependence of the chemical diffusion coefficients of excess Ag atoms in a-Ag,X on the concentration of the excess Ag atoms was measured by a conventional transient method. The transport of metal excess and vacancy in c+Ag,X was consistent with the information from the curve of cou1ometric titration.
