As you all know, when someone nearly dies they sometimes change, be it for the better or for the worse. For instance, a kind hearted person could become an evil or cruel bastard, or it could be the other way round, when an evil or cruel bastard nearly dies he would want to redeem himself for everything that he had done in his life.
