In this study 6 patients who had meningioma of the lateral ventricle are reviewed. The incidence is 1.8% of cases of meningiomas in our series. Microsurgical techniques were employed in all patients. There was no death and the follow-up period was between 5 months and 10 years. No recurrence was see

The clinical and pathological features of a case of mature monodermal cystic teratoma of the ovary in a five-year-old girl are reported. The tumor was composed purely of respiratory epithelium. This appears to be the first report of such a case.
