Almost everyone must have visited the Sandia National Laboratory's site. Fascinating information, brilliant pictures, explanatory captions. But less well known is the iPAL System. Curiously small, not updated and obviously unloved, http://ipal.sandia.gov/schpg.htm is to "highlight exceptional opportunities to license Sandia IP that are currently available". It doesn't instill confidence.
