A mathematical model on the basis of energy co neervation principle for forced vibrations in a vertically hanging cantilever segmented by variation in its croee-eeo tional dimensions, coafiguration, attachments and material changes and excited by transverse orthogonal end concentrated forces ie developed and a solution procedure with the help of a computer ie preeented in thie work. The validation of complex algebraic expressions is carried out with simple uniform cantilever computation for two cases, one with a single segment and the other with a number of eegmente.
