The monograph considers the problems of development of economic and mathematical
methods and models and their application in analyzing and making effective managerial and
investment decisions. The author presents methods and mathematical models used in budget
management, describes application of thermodynamic approach to control of economic systems,
use of mathematical models in currency exchange operations and assessment of innovation
projects, and shows use of investment decision models in conditions of certainty, uncertainty,
and risk.
