Ah&act--The effect of bulk flow on mass transfer accompanied by homogeneous chemical reaction is discussed in terms of the film model. It is shown that at large concentration levels of the reacting species bulk flow due to diffusion may enhance the overall mass transfer rate, but this enhancement is
