โœฆ Synopsis

INTRODUCTIi3N

Little detailed information is available on the type distribution of the nitrogen compounds in oil. Accordmgly, characteristic petroleum distillates were subjected to careful fractionated distillations and chromatogmphic separations. Among the fractions obtained were basic and non-basic nitrogen concentrates having molecular weights from zzo to about 320.

In this paper a detailed description is given of the mass-spcctrometric method which was developed to determine the type distribution of the compounds in the basic nitrogen concentrates. This includes the pyridine-quinoline type distribution and the subdistribution according to naphthcnicity.

In addition, some data are presented on basic nitrogen-sulphur compounds which wcrc found to the present in the corresponding extracts.

The results obtained are shown in Table 1. It can be seen that there is a significant variation in absolute spin concentration within the seam. The spin count rises as the coal becomes progressively more disturbed along the seam, with the highest count occurring within the outburst-prone area. All t

The mass spectral behaviour of a new type of organophosphorus compound, 1,3,2-benzodioxaphospholes, under 70 eV electron impact has been studied by means of high and low resolution mass spectrometry as well as by BIE and B2/E linked scans. The influence of different substituents in the molecule (0,
