✦ Synopsis

The decomposition products of aged Dowicil ZOO@ have been investigated by means of different mass spectrometric techniques. The use of both fast atom bombardment linked with collisional spectroscopy on the raw mixture and high-performance liquid chromatographic/mass spectrometric aoalysis have led to the identification of decomposition products consistent with the structures of protonated and methylated methenamine.

The high-energy collision-induced dissociation (CID) spectra of synthesized Amadori compounds, related to the exogenous opioid peptide morphiceptin, have been investigated. The spectra of [M H] ions of protected, partially protected and unprotected Amadori compounds exhibit mainly A-and Y@-type sequ
