✦ Synopsis
Mass spectra of %me /1(~-Pyridazinone Derivatives
Recently, the preparation of several isoquinolinium pyridazinone derivatives (1,2) was reported.' We wish to report here the highly characteristic mass spectra of these compounds and to compare the spectra of l a and l b with 3 which constitutes the basic 3,5-diphenylpyridazinone unit. Our interest in these systems has been heightened because the 1-substituted 3,5-diphenyl-4pyridazinones are known to have herbicidal' and plant regulatory3 activity and because the mass spectra of this heterocyclic system have not previously bcen reported.
