The merger was approved in late July, by 99.3% of the shares voting. The company has also announced the corporate officers and business unit structure of the new Corporation. Mr Bernard Rethore becomes chairman and chief executive officer of Flowserve. Mr William Jordan becomes president and chief operating oficer, reporting to Mr Rethore.
