Congenital contractural arachnodactyly (CCA) is an autosomal dominant connective tissue disorder, comprising marfanoid habitus, flexion contractures, severe kyphoscoliosis, abnormal pinnae, and muscular hypoplasia. It is now known that mutations in the gene encoding fibrillin-2 cause CCA. Interestin
