Abstract
Summary: Supports of type MgCl~2~/AlR~n~(OEt)~3−n~, obtained by reaction of AlR~3~ with adducts of MgCl~2~ and ethanol, have been shown to be effective for the immobilization and activation of [Cp~2~TiCl~2~] and other single‐site olefin polymerization catalysts without the use of methylaluminoxane or a borate activator. Polyethylene with a spherical particle morphology and narrow molecular weight distribution was obtained.

## Abstract **Summary:** The effective immobilization and activation of a single‐site chromium catalyst for ethylene polymerization has been achieved using MgCl~2~/AlR~__n__~(OEt)~3 − __n__~ supports, without the use of methylaluminoxane (MAO) or a borate activator. High catalyst activity and a sph
## Abstract Summary: A new procedure was developed to support [(ArNC(Me))~2~C~5~H~3~N]FeCl~2~ (Ar2,4,6‐trimethylphenyl) on spherical MgCl~2~ for ethylene polymerization. The resultant catalysts showed ten times higher activity of the corresponding catalyst in homogeneous catalysis. The morphologi
