## Abstract ## Background The aim of this study was to evaluate the utility of intraoperative bile cultures on the outcome of patients undergoing pancreaticoduodenectomy. ## Study Design A review of a hepatoβpancreatoβbiliary database was performed to identify all patients who had a pancreaticod
