In addition to its most frequent manifestation in the facial bones, it has sometimes been found to involve parts of the skeleton, liver, kidneys, adrenals, stomach, intestines, pancreas, ovaries, testes, thyroid, salivary glands, and heart. There is surprisingly little clinical involvement of the peripheral lymph nodes, and, although the spleen occasionally contains focal deposits, it is not diffusely infiltrated or enlarged. Histologically, the tumor has been identified as a malignant lymphoma by O'Conorl2 and O'Conor and Davies.l3 The growth is Exceedingly rapid, and most ol the children die within 4 to 6 months -~-From the Division of Clinical Chemotherapy, Sloan-
