was the venue for the International Hotel and Restaurant's (IH&RA) fourth annual Technology Think Tank (14±15 February, which gathered around 50 participants) and its ®fth annual pan-European conference on hotel technology (16±18 February, which attracted more than 1000 delegates from some 45 countries world-wide). Over the course of a week, vendors, consultants, and academics gathered from around the world to discuss and learn about the impacts of information technology (IT) on the hospitality industry and to address the ensuing challenges that we face, both in Europe and world-wide.
