Mottdchottky plots were measured on single crystal Nb-doped Ti02 in aqueous bu%er solutions and KC1 electrolytes of concentration between I M and 10e4 M KCI. The inlluence of surface pretreatment, nature of the dopant and solution conductivity on the Mott-Schottky plots was examined. The surface pre
