Stoichiometric YBa2Cu3OT\_x thin superconducting films were deposited on copper foils with intermediate buffer layers of Ti and MgO using RF magnetron sputtering. Rapid thermal annealing was applied to the films and polycrystalline c-axis oriented films were obtained. The speed of heating was found
