✦ Synopsis
We present here the calculations of magnetooptical properties of pyramidal InAs/GaAs quantum dots taking into account the piezoelectric effect. The influence of the piezoelectric field (PEF) to the shifts of the energy levels in magnetic field is explained by the lateral elongation of the wave functions in piezoelectric potential. We found an increase of both, the PEF and wave function lateral elongation for increased volume and aspect ratio of dots.
