✦ Synopsis
We present new experimental and theoretical studies of magnetic relaxation in 'He-B. Methods are developed for the measurement of relaxation using either CW or Pulsed NMR. Both methods make use of the properties of the Homogeneously Precessing Domain. Terms corresponding to intrinsic (Leggett-Takagi), spin diffusion and surface relaxation a distinguished. Theoretical results for the spin diffusion coeficient and the Leggett-Tskagi relaxation time, which display nonhydrodynamic anomalies, are compared with experiment.
