B High pressure capability gear pumps from Bosch
A 30 m o d e l r a n g e of h i g h pressure capability gear p u m p s is now available from Robert Bosch. The gear p u m p s are i n t e n d e d for use with mineral oils in a wide variety of applications, from p l a n t and machinery to steering systems, mobile applications and powerpacks.
Bosch gear p u m p s are produced in four different versions, B, F, N, and G, with different d i s p l a c e m e n t s o b t a i n e d b y using gears of different widths.
The total Bosch range of gear p u m p s extends from 1 cm3/rev to 56 cmS/rev. Interim models are available with higher pressure capability. There are a wide v a r i e t y of m o u n t i n g o p t i o n s available.
T h e g e a r p u m p s a r e equipped with 12 teeth to keep flow d i s t r i b u t i o n a n d n o i s e emission to m i n i m u m levels. The internal sealing is pressure sensitive for o p t i m u m efficiency.
F u r t h e r variations are available through the use of different flanges, shafts, valves and multiple p u m p combinations.
