✦ Synopsis
The effect of an external magnetic field on the yield of the benzophenone ketyl radical has been investigated by a new, double-pulse technique. The technique and its variants can be used not only for studying geminate recombination of photochemically produced radical pairs but &o for continuous photoclcctric recording of fluorescence ,pectra of the free radicals which can be generated by nitrogen ldser irradiation.
