Hi_& resolution, low tempera!ure mqnetic circularly polarized emission (MCPE) measurements are rcportcd for 4A,a+ *E, of CszGePb: bln4' with analysis of the O-O (including MCD) and O-1 (t2u) vibronic components. MCPE is found to bc a hc&hly sensitive technique for studying these weak transitions.
