Les auteurs rapportent ici I'observation d'un lymphome centrofolliculaire cutan primitif chez un patient de 56 ans, presentant une plaque Brythemateuse infiltrbe du cuir chevelu &endue B I'hkmiface droite. The EORTC classification (European organization for research and treatment of cancer) published in 1997, define two groups of cutaneous B-cell lymphomas : the group of low grade lymphomas including immunocytomas and primary follicular B-cell lymphomas, and the group of lymphomas of less well defined prognosis. The authors report a case of a primary follicular cutaneous B-cell lymphoma occuring in a 56 years-old-man, presenting with an erythematous infiltrated plaque lesion of the scalp, extending to the right mid-face. Through a review of the literature, the authors emphasize the particular clinicopathologic profile of these cutaneous follicular lymphomas.
