## Background: Langerhans cell histiocytosis (lch) is a histiocytic disease, characterized by the lesional accumulation of dendritic langerhans cells together with t cells and eosinophils. the cause of this disease is unknown. langerhans cells are bone marrow-derived dendritic cells (dcs), which ca
