Lucien's Mate was a pleasant surprise. Shifterstories are a dime a dozen these days and very predictable. I happen toenjoy the genre and do try to find new and exciting authors to explore.Ms. Persaud has written a sexy, delightful tale. I loved the humor aswell as the sensuality. Lanie is funny, strong and sassy. She's just the mate an arrogant alpha like Lucien needs. Lucien's Mate is a greatstory with fascinating characters. The author creates an interestingworld and fills it with people we care about. A sexy seduction and anexciting climax round out a very enjoyable read. I highly recommendthis story and can't wait for more to come. I'd love a story for Kane.
