This book is the result of field work conducted by more than two generations of scientists at the Lubbock Lake site located on the Southern High Plains of North America. This multidisciplinary volume is one of the most comprehensive analyses of a late Pleistocene/Holocene locale from the Llano Estacado, a region which has produced such important and well known archeological sites as Blackwater Draw, Plainview, and Midland.
