✦ Synopsis

We report the observation of a new anomaly in the low temperature specific heat of the heavy-fermion superconductor URupSi:, and the possible existence of spin fluctuations occurrinq well-below the' magnetic phase-t;ansition at TN ?? 17.5 K. Electricai resistivity measurements confirm our heat capacity results.
