โœฆ Synopsis

High precision measurements of the electrical resistivity (p) of TiNb and TiV alloys in magnetic fields up to 23T revealed a slight enhancement of the resistivity (Ap) below T = 5-32 K. The temperature dependence and the magnetic field dependence of Ap depend on the m gnitude of the % resistivity p at T . The 1nT dependence of Ap is observed in samples with PO lower than about

Effects of periodic curvature on the electrical resistivity of corrugated semiconductor films are theoretically considered. The presence of a curvature-induced potential affects the motion of electrons confined to the thin curved film, resulting in a significant resistivity enhancement at specific v
