## Abstract Pre‐irradiation annealing at temperatures β‰₯800 Β°C in air drastically reduces the 230 Β°C dosimetric thermostimulated luminescence (TSL) peak in CaSO~4~:Dy/Tm and simultaneously the 60 Β°C and 120 Β°C peaks are strongly enhanced.
