โฆ Synopsis
The reaction between Ca(OH) 2 and some pozzolanas in compacted mixtures hydrated at low pressure steam curing was investigated. The kinetics of the reaction and the products obtained at 50-goยฐc were investigated. Some properties of the compacted mixtures, such as porosity, strength and morphological structure were examined. The results obtained show that the pozzolanas examined in this work could be used for the production of materials similar to sand-lime bricks through a low pressure steam curing, instead of the more expensive autoclave treatment. E' stata studiata la reazione trail Ca(OH) 2 ed alcune pozzolane in miscele compattate e stagionate con vapore a bassa pressione. Sono stati studiati la cinetica di reazione ed i prodotti ottenuti tra 50 e 90ยฐC. Sono state esaminate anche alcune proprietY, come la porosita, la resistenze meccanica e la struttura morfologica. I risultati ottenuti mostrano che le pozzolane impiegate in questo lavoro potrebbero essere usate per la produzione di materiali similari ai "sand-lime bricks" attraverso un trattamento a vapore a bassa pressione, invece del pi~ costoso processo in autoclave.
