✦ Synopsis
Low-frequency noise behavlour m modulationdoped AlAs/GaAs superlattlce dual-dram magnetic sensors 1s presented for a vanety of device geometnes and operating contitlons
The output noise power evaluated from measurement data for the vanous geometnes indicates that devices with a mmlmal dram separation are desirable Such geometnes exhibit a lugh output signal as well as a relatively lower output noise power, when operated m the dtierentlal mode, at low device currents
The low noise 1s due to a positive correlation m the dram noise voltages, partlcularly m the low-frequency regme
