## Abstract ## BACKGROUND. The authors compared the patterns of failure in patients with intracranial germinoma who were managed with either chemotherapy and focal irradiation or with craniospinal irradiation (CSI). ## METHODS. A retrospective review was conducted on 21 patients with intracrania
