Bioprosthetic heart valve (BPHV) degeneration, characterized by extracellular matrix deterioration, remodeling, and calcification, is an important clinical problem accounting for thousands of surgeries annually. Here we report for the first time, in a series of in vitro accelerated fatigue studies (
