โฆ Synopsis
General kinetic laws of the attainment of steady state values by the observables in irreversible reactions in liquid solutions have been established, assuming mixing by free motion in the configuration space (including random walks by stochastic jumps of arbitrary length in three-dimensional infinite space, and arbitrary Markovian stochastic motion over internal degrees of freedom). Apart from the fact that the above mentioned attainments of steady state values proceed by the universal kinetic laws, it is to be noted that they are determined solely by the values of macroscopic quasi-equilibrium observables.
