This paper concerns with two issues. The first issue is the existence and the uniqueness of the ergodic type number d which appears in the oblique boundary condition. Le premier est l'existence et l'unicité d'un nombre du type ergodique d qui apparaît dans la condition oblique sur le bord. Le second est l'application de ce nombre pour la recherche des homogénéizationses conditions Neumann sur des bords oscillants.
