## Abstract Aptamers are oligonucleotides which are isolated in vitro based on their affinity for a target molecule. These molecules hold promise for use in analytical methods which rely on molecular recognition. In this study, we report the immobilization of an RNA aptamer on the inner walls of fu

## Abstract Separation science is an art of obtaining adequate resolution of the desired compounds in minimum time, and with minimum effort in terms of sample preparation and data evaluation. In LC, where selectivity is a main driving force for separation, the availability of different separation m
## Abstract A gasโchromatographic separation of underivatized steroids is described, in which the liquid crystal N,ลโbis(pโphenylbenzylidene)ฮฑ,ฮฑโฒโbiโpโtoluidine (BPhBT) was used isothermally at 265ยฐC for the stationary phase. The nematic range of this crystal is 247 to 403ยฐC. Use of the BPhBT cryst
