## ABSTRACf' The capsular polysaccharide from Butytivibrio jibrisolvens strain X6C61 has been investigated using NMR spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, methylation analysis, and partial acid hydrolysis as the main methods. The polysaccharide is composed of hexasaccharide repeating units having the f
