✦ Synopsis

We present in this paper a new method to construct broadcast encryption schemes (BES), which uses Linear Algebra techniques and is based on the method to design key predistribution schemes already presented by the authors. Our method provides a family of BES, which will be called linear broadcast encryption schemes (LBES), that includes all previous proposals. Besides, the family we present here provides schemes that t in situations that had not been considered before.
