In this work it is shown that the choice of the anisotropic pofarizabihty density as a slow variable in addition to the hydrodynamic mriables does not display a dispersion in the sound velocity in various cases of different relative time scales of changes in the polarizabihty density and in the hydrodynamic variables. When these times are the same, the low frequency HH spectrum has an additionat Iorentzian superimposed on the form of two lorentzians and fine structnre which is predicted for the other regimes by the above mentioned set of slow variables.
