Abstract
Both 19S and 7S anti‐γ‐globulins in rheumatoid arthritis sera are enriched in kappa light chain bearing antibody molecules when compared to total 19S and 7S globulins from the same individuals. In patients with subacute bacterial endocarditis 19S anti‐γ‐globulins are also, to a degree, enriched in kappa light chains, whereas the 7S anti‐γ‐globulins have kappa to lambda light chain ratios indistinguishable from total 7S globulin.
