## Abstract Estrogen has multifunctional effects influencing growth, differentiation, and function in many tissues. High‐dose estrogen has been shown to produce anabolic skeletal effects in the skeleton of postmenopausal women with increased megakaryocyte (MK) population in the bone marrow, suggest
