Abwlute lifetimes of excited states cf D,O' and OD+ have been directly measured using the high frequency deflcction technique. Separate relative measurements show that the D23+ and OD+ lifetimes are 13-W ionger than those of H*O+ and OH+ in the Sdme vibrational levels ' CHEMICAL PHYSICS LETTERS
