✦ Synopsis


A rotational analysis of the 'Z + ground state (.I" ~254, v" Q 66) of the diatomic molecule RbCs has been carried out using the combined techniques of laser-induced fluorescence (LIF) and Fourier transform spectroscopy ( FTS). Improved Dunham-type coefficients for the ground state as well as the calculated rotationless potential curve for v" up to 66 are given.
